Can't import raster data

Hi dear
I have downloaded the SNAP but unable to import raster data.
No link for Interferometric processing is found in SNAP.
Plz help.

What kind of raster data do you want to open?
If it fails opening a file do you see an error message? Please reported here.

There was installation problem. All features were not installed properly. Now it works.
