I was trying to open Sentinel-2A data in SNAP but I’ll get this error message all the time:
I already tried to rename the file, because I thought maybe the path is too long. And I also downloaded the file several times without interruption, so it’s impossible that I have a corrupted product. But that didn’t work.
I also uninstalled the SNAP toolbox and reinstalled the latest version. So everything is up to date.
What else should I do?
EDIT: I found out what the problem is. The unpacking of the zip file did not work with the built-in Windows function. But if i unpack it with 7zip, it worked and I could open it in SNAP.
