How to add or display world map and/or coastlines in snap? I am using OLCI data.

You can download coastlines here
http://www.naturalearthdata.com/downloads/10m-physical-vectors/10m-coastline/
and then import them as a vector

In the OLCI L1 data is a flag included to indicate the coastline (see Mask Manager).
A world map can only be used a background layer if the data is reprojected to WGS84 (see Layer Manager).
