Error Occurred when I Try to Use Interferometry Formation Function

Hallo body

I’m trying to processing Sentinel-1 data in SNAP, something is wrong with Interferometry Formation Function, and I get error code below:

It’s interesting while I do same processing with same data at Windows or CentOS, it can work normally, so I think maybe it is the compatibility with new Fedora 26 system.

Does SNAP depend on some system library? Can I fix this problem by myself? Or I need to wait new version of SNAP for Fedora 26?

Can you provide more information on your processing, such as the product you’ve used and the detailed processing steps?

I use Sentinel-1 IW mode product with following step: Split -> Apply Orbit -> S-1 Back Geocoding.
This stack is created before I update my Fedora to 26.
Then, I would like to do Interferogram Formation, and get the error.
As I mention, this stack, which copy to Windows, can do Interferogram Formation with SNAP at Windows system successfully.
Otherwise, it seem that the S-1 back geocoding function can’t work fine and get similar error, so does the Terrain correction function.

SNAP V 6.0 beta will be released this week. Try the new version and see if you still have the problem.

OK, thanks for your reply.
