Is there a way to read and write sen2cor in- and output directly from the aws s3 storage?
No, this is not possible at the moment. For SNAP there are plans to make AWS data at least readable. Writing to AWS is different. This will probably not come, at least not in the first stage. For sen2cor I don’t know if they plan to support this.
