Null in topographic phase removal

i am using snap software and in topographic phase removal i am facing this problem can you please let me know about this.

which steps did you already perform?

first, i did coregistration than i have done interferogram generation for ERS 2. and now i am trying to do the topographic phase removal than this error comes

where is your are located? Maybe no SRTM is found because of the latitude. If your image lies in the red area you cannot use SRTM for topographic phase removal.
