This error is most probably related to the memory allocation. Are you using linux 64bit version?

yes i used linux 64 bit. How it can be resolved?

We have noticed that there are some issues with the linux version for 64bit. We will compile SNAPHU again and update the installer on STEP website.
You can try to use this version directly http://nova.stanford.edu/sar_group/snaphu/
