because i misdirection to get just one point or tow points

Do you mean how to locate a coordinate pair in a SAR image?
You can use the GCP manager:
As suggested by @marpet in the next post, the Pin manager is the better choice:

Actually I would suggest to use a pin. GCPs have a different purpose and behave a little different. You need to specify the pixel location for the geo-coordinate, too. If you drag them around the geo-coordinate stays the same and is not updated. So GCP is not suited to find a certain pixel by its geo-location.
