I am using sen2cor 2.5.5 on Windows 10 with the following settings within SNAP: Resolution: ALL, Mid Lat: Auto, and Generate TCI output: False. All other settings I left at default. Sen2cor runs normally with no error, but jumps back to 98.x or 97.x% just before finishing. I left it running over the weekend and it was still running on monday morning. The output folders are generated, but empty. The same happens with the command line. With resolution 60 or 20, it runs through (“finished successfully”), but the result does not contain any image data.
The problem occurs only with certain scenes, e.g. S2B_MSIL1C_20171208T102359_N0206_R065_T32UPB_20171208T122636.SAFE was processed normally, S2B_MSIL1C_20171019T102019_N0205_R065_T32UPB_20171019T102055.SAFE failed.
