SEN2COR tool

Agreed, I’d recommend 8GB and a 64-bit operating system as the baseline setup.

Its tru… I try 8GB…And now everting its fine…But the band 8 after the process disappeared

Dear Uwe, Sorry to trouble you, could you tell me the QUANTIFICATION_VALUE of Sentinel-1C is 1000 or 10000? I found the QUANTIFICATION_VALUE for Sentinel-1C and 2A in the header file is <QUANTIFICATION_VALUE unit=“none”>10000</QUANTIFICATION_VALUE>, but other people said QUANTIFICATION_VALUE for IC is 1000 and 2A is 2000. could you tell me what is right? thank you very much!

As this value can change over time and for various products I would trust the one in the image’s metadata:
Product_Image_Characteristics/QUANTIFICATION_VALUE
https://sentinels.copernicus.eu/documents/247904/685211/Sentinel-2-Product-Specifications-Document

but other people said QUANTIFICATION_VALUE for IC is 1000 and 2A is 2000. could you tell me what is right? thank you very much!
This is long time ago. The correct is stated in the L1C metadata with 10.000.

OK I see , thank you very much

That happened to me as well. I think, after a few times of uninstalling and installing via the TOOLS>PLUGINS widow I finally just ignored the error and it processed fine.

Ok i install sen2cor. Now what can i do next? How i save the result of sen2cor process?i don’t know how to process the image , can you help me?

thanks in advance
R

Hi All,
May I know whether the sen2cor only applicable to the whole scene only and not the granule level?
Thanks,
Adhwa

Hi,
you can perform atmospheric correction for all scene (images released before 2016-09-26) and also for single Granules. Its depend on picture and what you want to do with this. For single Granules for few tiles eg(for one date Granules UXT UXV UXU) I used R software in order to set a queue and pefform process

Hi Kiryl,
I have tried for the granule (1 tile image) but here is the error code

Is it because of the folder directory name?
Thanks

Hi,
try to set folder eg in D disc D:\S2A_OPER_PRD…
if in folder Granules have more than one Granules (in your case I think its 13-15 single tiles you have two ways: First remove all Granules which are not interested fore you, second change the name for Granules are not interested for you. I used symbol ~before name (eg. S2A_OPER_MSI_L1C_TL_SGS__20151231T141323_A002736_T34VDH_N02.01 I get ~S2A_OPER_MSI_L1C_TL_SGS__20151231T141323_A002736_T34VDH_N02.01). Latest you have in command line write this: L2A_Process (path to folder where you find xml files S2A_OPER_MTD_SAFL1C_PDMC_20151231T175113_R022_V20151231T102248_20151231T102248.xml and optionaly resolution)
It seems like this L2A_Process D:\S2A_OPER_PRD_MSIL1C_PDMC_20160401T003323_R018_V20160330T034406_20160330T034406.SAFE (optionally --resolutions 10
