Sentinelsat with Python 2.6?

From the sentinelsat docs:

Sentinelsat has been tested with Python versions 2.7 and 3.4+. Earlier Python 3 versions are expected to work as well as long as the dependencies are fulfilled.

What about earlier Python 2 versions? The cPanel server I’m working on only have Python 2.6.6.

We are not related to sentinelsat. So it’s probably better you try to contact one of the contributors to the project or you put an issue in their issue tracker.
