I am using Radarsat-2 images (Ascending) in Snap.
So what I did is a co-registration of two RS-2 images and an export as GAMMA format in Snap but also in GAMMA, afterwards I used the same algorithm to estimate canopy height and the results were terrain corrected again in Snap. But after the terrain correction, I realized, that the result registered in Snap was mirrored/flipped by 180°. I checked both the created .par files (GAMMA and SNAP) and the heading has a difference of 180°.
So my question is, is Snap taking into account the ascending information wrong or is it missing while creating gamma format? Or is it maybe another issue in my processing?
