As the error message indicates, you have to apply TOPS Split first before you can coregister data. You save a lot of time if you do this as the first step. Please have a look at this tutorial: Sentinel-1 TOPS interferometry

When I split it, and than I process it until got an unwrapped data, in same scene just different IW product 1 and 2. the unwrapped it’s like out of sync like this. I use same parameter both of them
The recommended procedure is to split, coregister, merge, interferogram, unwrapping, to avoid these jumps at the sub-swath borders.
