I see none of the accuracy assessment plug-in are working, neither in version nor in version 3 of QGIS. How can I generate error matrix in QGIS?

How about SNAP? Is it possible to do so in SNAP? I’ve downloaded the AcATaMa plug-in as you mentioned and did get a error matrix but doesn’t seem convincing to me.
SNAP does currently not support Accuracy Assessment. The AcATaMa is the best (free one) I know.
