An error in the offline data

Dear all ,
I want to download sentinel-2 data but some of them are offline, so I get an error when I request.
can you help me?

Does the site https://scihub.copernicus.eu/ not have online support?

Hello @omid

The online catalogues are sometimes taken offline for maintainance reasons. Generally, issues are identified in the Latest News panel at https://scihub.copernicus.eu/. However, this is not always the case. I have just been to the SciHub, and have no issues in accessing it. Of course, products that are over 1 year old are rolled into LTA storage - and are therefore classed as Offline. However, these can still be retrieved. It just takes a bit longer…

Is it possible to select several offline images? Or do we have to apply one by one?

Hello @omid

Might I ask that you look at the SciHub User Guide at https://scihub.copernicus.eu/userguide/ ? It notes that:

Products Download and Quota

Sentinel products are provided for download via HTTP in the .ZIP archive file format. Click and download, shopping cart, batch download. A maximum of 2 concurrent downloads per user is allowed in order to ensure a download capacity for all users.
