I was wondering is it possible to subset at end of the interferometry process? Does it effect your coherence or any other readings when completed at end of process? Or should it be completed before you split, coregister, deburst etc.

In particular for TOPSAR interferometry, you need the overlap between burst as well as large windows in range. You could reduce the number of swaths and bursts you use with TOPSAR Split but don’t subset anything smaller too early.
