Burst overlap regions

Dear Lveci and other developers,

I am curious about how the burst overlap regions are dealt with in InSAR processing before Deburst. Are they just averaged between the n and n+1 bursts? Or it chooses one of the them between n and n+1 bursts? Due to the squint angle differences between bursts, the overlap bursts are useful for extract some controlling displacement along track. It would be nice if SNAP can do the double differential interfrograms within burst overlap regions. Thanks!

Best,
Jianbao

Jianbao, yes the double difference interforgrams can show along track motion within the burst overlaps. We’ll include this in version 4 this month.
