since chl-a concentration in C2RCC is derived from absorption pigment (a_pig) equation, it is being said that conc_chl and iop_apig have a positive correlation.
However, when I tried it with my data, I get negative correlation. What are the factors that I should consider to review? could the presence of an uncorrected sunglint on the image from C2RCC processor possibly affect the reading of the results?
