I processed S3 L1B data using C2RCC with GeoTIFF as file output. The resulting GeoTIFF contains seven bands named Band 1, Band 2,… Band 7. With only chl and tsm as the only output with C2RCC, which bands are the chl-a and tsm?

After observation, it seems that the geotiff produced by C2RCC does not contain the conc_chla and conc_tsm. How can I include it in the product?
Maybe you could try to save as .dim and export later as GeoTIFF
Yup, that’s what I just did. I was just thinking if there is a direct approach but maybe not as conc_chla and conc_tsm are virtual bands.
How did you solve the virtual band problem? As I try to 'Convert Band, the bands just disappear…
If you’re thinking that it will be saved after clicking on “Convert Band”, that is not the case. You need to export it after to the file type you want.
There is a method using Graph Builder by using the Subset Function (Read->Subset->Write) if you’re familiar with it.
