Is there a way I can put my shape file in the sci-hub search section instead of drawing a polygon?
Not as far as I know but maybe I am mistaken.
Alternatively, you could use the scihub api which gives you a lot more control including using a polygon.
There’s also an alternative api that wraps around the scihub api which I find useful and easy to use and can be used in the CLI or with Python: sentinelsat
