could anyone help me ?? can i do subset to image through the process( extract the DEM) ?? because i need small area to try ?? or only through the split tool ??

you can make a subset before the SNAPHU export. This will reduce computing time. You can do this by zooming to the corresponding area and right-click in the image > Spatial Subset from View

But make sure you deburst and filter first.

For DEM generation phase to elevation is the better choice.
