I’m trying to open some Spot 6/7 and Pleiades data. Import seems fine when I’m using the generic “Open Product” dialog box but when I’m trying to generate an RGB view of the image, this error is occurring :
Do you have any idea of what could be wrong?

Hello Caroline.
A first remark is that the SPOT 6/7 Reader is not intended to also open Pleiades data.
If you try to open SPOT only, could you please share the data you are trying to visualize?
Also, the full stack trace of the exception would help.

thank you very much for your answer.
I downloaded the last version of SNAP and was finally able to open SPOT 6/7 product using the generic “Open Product” tool.
When using the SPOT6/7 reader, it is not suitable as the reader expects some xml or zip files.

From your last post I believe that you’re trying to load a product that does not conform to the official SPOT 6/7 product format.
Please take a look to the sample imagery provided by Airbus DS (for example: http://www.intelligence-airbusds.com/en/24-download-sample-imagery?product=31465&name=spot-6-15m-ortho-pan-sharpened-8-bits) for the expected SPOT 6/7 product format.
