I’m interested in developing a methodology to process multi-temporal Sentinel-2 data to study land cover change. Since the two main Bottom-of-Atmosphere (BOA) products available for Sentinel-2 are obtained from Sen2cor and MAJA\MACCS, and L2A products from ESA are not available from the beginning of the imagery acquisition (mid-2015), I would like to know if someone has already processed these 2 datasets jointly together. For example, using MAJA images in the first part of the processing time interval and using Sen2cor during the remaining period. Is there some known issues about adopting this methodology?
