have you tried importing the image by the hdr file by simply using the “open” button. Once it is in SNAP, you can select it in the tab 2-read-unwrapped-phase dialogue.
By the way, your dates seem way too much apart (2015-2018, this is over 1000 days) for repeat-pass interferometry. Unless you are not working in very dry and unvegetated regions there severe decorrelation can be expected which means that the interferogram is useless.
How do your coherence and phase images look like?
