Depth Invariant Indices

I am using sen2coral and Depth Invariant Indices but i get an output with Nan values using B1, B2. The potential reason is that the reflectance in the polygon used as deep is higher than in the ones used as in the same bottoms areas.

Does anybody had the same isue? Any ideas how to solve it?

Hello did you ever solve this problem? I have a similar issue. Sen2coral’s DII processor seems to work on band 2 and 3, but will not work for 2 and 4 or 3 and 4.
