Hello!
I am working with SAR data to oil spill mapping purpouses. I always see models to calculate dielectric constant of soil but few studies that address the dielectric properties of oil and/or ocean surface. Does anybody know of any approach to deal with this point through manipulation of polarimetric parameters?
