Divide (Mask) LUC with shapefiles to optain LUC percentages

Hello everyone,

I have classified an area (lets say it is a province) and now I want to calculate the LUC percentages of its cantons separately (without running the classification for each one). I have imported the shapefiles of the cantons and I wanted to know if there is possibility to mask the cantons with the area as you do with QGIS, which is not reacting and I guess it would need more time.

Thanks for your help

You could load the cantons as independent polygons and use the mask manager to query how much pixels fall both within a class and the corresponding canton.

Thanks!
I could combine now the classification of the whole area run with ESA SNAP, the masking with ArcGIS and the SCP to run the classification report on QGIS.
