Error in opening VV image

I am trying to open the Intensity_VV image and it is showing this error.

I’ve never seen that.

I already had an issue with empty image caused by a problem when extracting the image archive. maybe the image itself is corrupted ? Re-extract or redownload it maybe ?

Thankyou.Probelm solved.It was to do with the RAM memory.I tried in a better system works fine.
