Error in ps weed 4th steps of stams default line on matlab

I have faced a problem during stamp process of step 4 please suggest me how to resolve it thanks
error using fgets
invalid file identifier use fopen to generate a valid file identifier
error in fgetl(line 32)
[tline,lt ]=fgets(fid)
error in ps weed (line 287)
error in stamps (line 174)
