Export NDVI values into shapefile

Hi Guys,

I have an NDVI map that I want to export into a shapefile contained the pixel values.

How should I go about this ?

SNAP cannot export rasters to shapes (as far as I know) but you can open the NDVI raster (look for the img file inside the data folder) in a GIS (QGIS for example) and convert it there.
If you only need the NDVI at selected points, you can also use the pin manager and extract the location and values of manually placed pins.
