Hello. There is a problem in extract pixels value menu in a snap. I found that in an area with No data pixels such as SAR shadowed pixels for pixels values extraction instead of pixel numbers equal to zero and mean and sigma left blank, it is totally corrupted exported numbers in that row.
in above picture 9 is pixel numbers and other are the mean and SD.
I did this with OLCI data.
There the result looks good quite good. Okay, the mean is left empty and the sigma his zero, but this is acceptable I think. Have you used as separator a space instead of a tab when importing into excel?
yes. this problem appears when i want to extract texture features or i import envi raster file
Yes, but does it work if you specify tab as a separator when importing into Excel? I guess that the rows are just shifted because of the wrong import in Excel.
