Geometric terrain Correction

When I am doing range Doppler Terrain Correction, I am using external DEM. The process is not running and giving the error type: OperatorException.

How to solve this?

what kind of DEM are you using?
According to the SNAP documentation, it must be stored as GeoTiff and projected in geographic coordinates
