I’m using SNAP 8.0 Sentinel-1 Toolbox. I’m working on flood detection and I apply the pre-processing workflow for S-1 scene (orbit file, calibration etc.) with and without subsetting my scene. The chosen output file format is a GeoTIFF.
However, I noticed that when I do not use a subset or the subset bounding box is slightly smaller than the scene outline the output GeoTIFF is corrupted and cannot be opened properly by SNAP or e.g. QGIS. When the chosen output file format is GDAL-Gtiff the output works properly. Does anyone know why this happens?
