I just noticed this issue while using the Beta, not sure if it exists in the release one.
Normally SNAP would set the displacement scale of processed InSAR product based on min/max of middle 95% pixels. I always change the scale to make its middle point equal to zero (set the negative value of min or max on the other side of the scale). However, the histogram image which show the distribution of pixels’ value doesn’t change to reflect the new scale. The only workaround for me is to use “shrink histogram horizontally” to see the real distribution, though it cuts the scale bar where there is no pixel on.
