I am doing project on Applications of Polarimetric SAR data, where I have to work with Polarimetric parameters. I have learned about entropy, anisotropy, alpha angle. But I am stuck with geometric intensity, magnitude of correlation coefficient of co polarized channels, real part of the co polarization cross product. Can anyone tell me how to extract those? I am using Snap, PolSARPro. So feel free to answer either from snap related or PolSARPro related.
