you cannot apply sen2cor to a tif file. Only the original L1C products are supported.

Many thanks! This GeoTIFF file was exported after I processed it from the GEE platform. How can I correct it by atmospheric correction and topographic correction?

Atmospheric correction requires metadata. These are only available in the original product.

There is an orthorectification tool under Optical > Geometric > Orthorectification, but I’m not sure if it works on single Tiffs.

Actually, most image sets on Google Earth Engine are well geocoded and orthorectified and in some cases also calibrated.
