How to read the Sentinel-6A altimetry data

Hi, all
I downloaded the Sentinel-6A altimetry data in the SENTINEL-SAFE format. The file name looks as:S6A_P4_2__HR______20211107T095359_20211107T105012_20211129T090331_3373_036_198_099_EUM__OPE_NT_F04.S.

I tried to read it as Netcdf, but failed. I also looked the official website for answers and find none.

Have any suggestions for read this .S file ?

SNAP and the Toolboxes don’t support Sentinel-6a.
Altimetry data is usually supported by the Radar Altimetry Toolbox but I don’t know if S6 is supported.
