I’m new using this kind of images , when i try to load the metadata appears this.
By the way, i dont use to download the product from ESA because it’s too heavy for my internet and take years to download, so i decided to use the images from Remotepixel and landwiever but anyone of them don’t let me load the metadataat at SNAP or ENVI
