there is a short description to obtain Sentinel 2 cloud mask available in L1C product. Here I read that processing is performed with data sampled at 60 m spatial resolution for all spectral bands. It could be interesting to give more details on the method (or software) used for this resampling. Please, can anyone help me? Thanks
