You can do InSAR with S1 SLCs prior to some time in March 2015 (check the IPF processor version) or with all images after this date. However, if you want to create an interforgram with an image before this processor change and one image after, then you need to apply the same EAP correction. Use the EAP phase correction operator to apply the correction to the product that needs it.
