As a new learner I could not succeed to import raw L0 data to the Matlab workspace . I spent so much time on SNAP menus and raw data files. There must be a solution, I think.
If anyone could help for all the users who suffered from the same problem I would be pleased.

If you are a beginner, do not start with L0. SNAP does not process L0. You need a SAR processor for that (not available as open source [yet]).
Start with L1, in particular with GRD data, which is “almost” like image data. Before you start, always read the manual first, so that neither you nor we need to suffer.
