Message error Topographic phase removal in SNAP 4-0

hello
i have instaled SNAP 4-0 in windows 32 :
An error message appears to me when i use " topographic phase removal" :frowning: a problem occured durring the target product initialisation . type: OperatorExseption. Mesage : null ).

can any one helpe me.

Can you also show how you have configured the operator and which product you have used.

Yesterday I downloaded the latest version of SNAP (Windows 32-Bit) from ESA web site “http://step.esa.int/main/download/”. and i have use ,ERS1/2 tandem on ETNA Vulcano, Sicily (Italy), in order to generat an DINSAR, by folowing this steps:

  1. Application of Delft Precise orbit.
  2. Coregistration of subsets.
  3. Flattened Interferogram generation.
  4. topography phase removal, (** pronlem**)

In step 5 an error message appears.

Have you resolved your problem, because I have the smae using ERS or CSK data ?

Is this problem resolved?
I am getting same error while trying to remove topographic phase. (I am using ERS data)

I have the same problem using CSK images, Could you solve the error?
