Mosaicking S2 granules to L2

It seems you cant mosaic the granules from a single scene before processing to L2a. The result of processing to L2a then mosaicing is overlap seam lines in the visible channels (mostly channel 2)

Is it possible to perform an L2a process step that applies a common correction to all granules in a scene?

Well, I mosaic the the granules for each band either using Arcgis (Mosaic to New Raster) or Envi Mosaic. After that I apply correction on the whole escen or AoI I`ve chosen
