Dear developers,
the Resample operator and S2Resampling operator generates NaN values when trying to downscale (using ‘mean’ or ‘median’ downscaling) Sentinel-2 data L2A data in MUSCATE format to 10 m.
I think this may happen because Sentinel-2 data L2A data in MUSCATE format allows reflectance values to be zero (NaN are set to -1). When the operator computes the mean of 4 zero pixel values, the resulting pixel is set to NaN.
I attach a screenshot of the comparison between original and dowscaled images.
I hope this can be fixed soon.
