hi there! I am new

As far as I know, wikipedia said Sentinel 2 is “Free and open data policy”

does it mean I can freely query the system for business-based solutions?

Let’s say I want to use it for wildfire detection, is it possible or do I need to purchase datasets?

I couldn’t find yet the necessary hardware/software and what is the time elapsed between each dataset request, can anyone provide a link?
