No Copernicus DEM in SNAP + Apply Orbit error

hello all,

I hope that this posting is in the right place.

Recently I deleted an old SNAP(7.0) and downloaded version 8.0.

I have 2 questions.

  1. my SNAP(8.0) doesn’t include ‘Copernicus DEM’(30m, 90m both). How can I get it?

  2. at ‘Apply Orbit file’ step, I faced an error message “qc.sentinel 1.eo.esa”. What is this message mean? And how can i solve this error?

Both errors indicate that the update from SNAP 7.0 to 8.0 was not indlucing all parts. Please uninstall SNAP 8.0 including all personal data. You will be asked to keep or delete user configurations, then select the latter.
After you installed SNAP 8.0 please install all internal updates.
