At first I use raster→subset to get my ROI. But after this operate I use Graph Builder, the software is reporting an error.

I came across the same issue earlier with my Sentinel 1 GRD data. I was able to get around that error message by subsetting the image after applying the orbit file and terrain correction.
However, when I try to overlay the resulting image in GIS, there was an offset in geographic location of the subsetted image from its correction location.
Interestingly, if you do the same step on GUI - it works!
