Dear all,

would you know if Sentinel-1A SAR could be used to detect overflying aircraft?

I was wondering if the ‘object detection’ feature could be used to detect high speed objects.

I don’t think so, it takes some seconds to acquire a SAR image and fast moving objects are not focused properly, rendering them invisible in the image.
