Radial-velocity of the ocean surface can be found in the Level-2 OCN products that are also available on the Copernicus hub.

But There is no OCN Product is available in my study area :disappointed:
Is It Not Possible to detect Ocean Current with SLC Product.??

The OCN-products have not passed validation yet, which is why they are currently available only over limited areas:
