Open sentinel2 using SNAP

Hi everyone,
I’m glad to have made great progress in processing sentinel2 with your help ,and I have found new problem now.I opened an sentinel2 data using ENVI5.3 The image was all displayed as follows:
Uploading…

But when I opened it in SNAP4, it was only a small part displayed.Just like this:

The image has two parts, but only can be displayed the right one, and i don’t know what the problem is.

Hallo liuyanfeiyu,

try to select the next UTM-zone. I observed a similar problem opening a product using UTM-zone 32. It is completely displayes when I select UTM-zone 33 during opening.
